Millstone Patisserie, Malvern

Millstone is well known for their patisseries, but they serve fantastic brunch dishes and coffee too!

How enticing do these cakes on display look? We arrived just before 11am so glass display was still stocked with delicious cakes. I've heard that this little patisserie does tend to get quite busy during the afternoon and these cakes do run out quickly. So pop in early to avoid any disappointment!

My friend ordered this dish. He barely brunches and was pretty impressed was this dish.

Slow roasted ham hock benedict ($17.50)
Drury's lane housemade English muffins topped with slow roasted pulled jerky ham hock, poached eggs and harissa hollandaise.

Berry & Vanilla Tart ($8)

The tart base was thick and crunchy, filled with irresistibly smooth and creamy white chocolate ganache. The vanilla ball was silky in texture and contrasted perfectly with the sour strawberries balancing out the overall sweetness of the tart. I love how the tart was topped with a deep purple garden pansy for an extra pop of colour. Overall, this was a great dessert which I enjoyed.

The cutest table decorations ever.

I'd highly recommend this place if you're a dessert fanatic. Its super accessible and only requires a 2 minute walk from Malvern station. The have great lattes here and staff are super friendly, which is always a great bonus alongside good food!
